Consumer Mediator

In the event of a dispute with PAUL & CLARKE Consultants, the client can resort to a conciliation procedure, conventional mediation or other alternative dispute resolution method.

To this end, the client is informed that, after first attempting to resolve the dispute amicably and directly with PAUL & CLARKE Consultants, it may refer the matter to the consumer mediation body IMMOMEDIATEURS, of which the company is a member. Contact details are as follows:

The client is hereby informed that disputes may not be submitted to the mediator if the claim is manifestly unfounded or abusive, or has already been examined or is in the process of being examined by another mediator or by a court. The same applies if the client lodged their request with the mediator more than one year after his written complaint to PAUL & CLARKE Consultants, or if the dispute does not fall within the mediator’s field of competence, or if the client does not justify having previously attempted to resolve their dispute directly with PAUL & CLARKE Consultants by means of a written complaint.

PAUL & CLARKE Consultants also informs the consumer customer of the existence of a European platform for Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) to which it can appeal. Users can access it via the following link:
